Portwood® miniatures are made from naturally aged exotic woods from all over the world. These woods are used in the construction of musical instruments, in fact, this is how the idea came up in order to use the waste from the cut of guitar parts. The woods are of the world, but the figures are made in Portugal. The pieces are finished by hand with natural wax to protect and preserve the wood, thus maintaining the beauty and natural look of the wood.
